Trellis: Guided Audio Workouts app analytics for December 12

Meet Your Audio Workout Coach. Trellis keeps you focused by announcing every step of your workout. Guiding you through the number of reps, rest and tempo counts, you will focus on pushing yourself as a trainer would. This results in more intense workouts and better progress. Time is Muscle! We’ve all had workouts ruined by doing something else “quickly”, only to have a long time pass and our intensity fade. We do not realize just how much time and intensity is wasted due to distractions such as our phone or conversations. With the momentum lost, most people either struggle to regain it or give up. How Does it Work? Trellis provides the intensity of a guided workout with the full customization you can’t get from a prerecorded routine. Once you have created a routine, play your favorite music app and open Trellis. Pressing start will announce when to get in position, how many reps to perform and count down when to start. You have the option to have the tempo of each rep play as well. Once the set is complete, a rest period will begin and the cycle will repeat automatically. At the end of the routine, all workouts are automatically logged and placed on your calendar so you can look back at what you have accomplished.
