If on one day, you start or stop a bit earlier or later, you can easily adjust the start or stop time. In manual mode, you have full control and start and stop your fasting times individually.
Set a notification and get notified when it is time to start fasting or you have achieved your fasting goal for the day.
Apple Watch support: start and stop your fasts with your watch. Check your fasting status from the watch face.
Free trial: Test the app without restrictions for 10 days. After your trial period you can unlock it with a onetime payment and use it as long as you want. No subscription and no hidden costs.
