The Soundsory App is a part of the Soundsory program which is a multi-sensory therapy program that uses music and body movement exercises to improve motor skills (gross, fine and visual), balance, coordination, emotional regulation and posture. The program includes the Soundsory headset that contains a 40- day music program complementary with the body movement exercises. Each day of rhythmic music listening and body movement exercises lasts for 30 mins. It is a program that is suitable for children over the age of 3+ and for older adults as well.
Soundsory is used extensively around the world by Occupational Therapists and Special Education Needs (SEN) teachers for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing issues, developmental delays, motor coordination challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties. It is used at home to complement therapy sessions by families as well.

How does Soundsory’s music program stimulate the brain?
Soundsory taps into the universal power of music with a playlist of enhanced rhythmic songs. A patented dynamic filter makes the higher-pitched sounds crisper while softening lower pitches. Combined with tempo changes from song to song, Soundsory stimulates our hearing and balance systems. This challenges the brain and helps form neural connections.
Soudnsory’s body movement exercises -
The Soundsory app offers a broad range of exercises that is specially catered to your physical profile. Each day has a set of exercises that are ideal for the level that will be assigned to you after you complete our questionnaire.
