Ultimate Sports Quiz is modelled around the Olympic motto of Citius, Altius and Fortius to test the speed, accuracy and depth of sporting knowledge of the participating students. Ultimate Sports Quiz gives school children a unique exposure at a very young age where they will represent their schools, cities and their region in a nationally televised contest hosted by cricket expert, Harsha Bhogle. The quiz offers amazing prizes along the way, not forgetting the pride and glory these young kids will bring to their respective schools. More than 1500 schools from 400 Indian cities will compete for the honour of becoming the National Champion. Qualifying round across 34 Indian Cities to help shortlist the top quizzers from the country, who will then compete in the TV round and pave their way from becoming City Winners to Regional Winners, and finally National Champion. The Quiz Champions stand a chance to win a Once in a lifetime opportunity to watch a LIVE sporting event anywhere in the world. The finalists of the inaugural edition went on an all expense paid trip to see the India vs Pakistan World T20 match in Melbourne. Additionally, the prize pool of INR 1 crore will be used to develop sports infrastructure in schools, to help promote sports engagement at the grassroot level. If that was not enough, the winners will get their hands on Apple MacBooks along with medals and certificates to make this a memorable experience.
