VAST Journey vs The BodyLab Mobile Usage & Stats
VAST Journey is a behavioral change app that helps you overcome challenges, achieve personal growth, and improve your overall quality of life. You can select from over 100 challenges to be guided through expert-designed quests that help you break down your challenge into manageable steps, recognize obstacles in your path, gather helpful tools and resources, connect with supporters, seize opportunities that await you, reflect on your progress, and develop character virtues and skills. You can also use VAST Journey to help another person overcome a challenge if they are unable to recognize or address it themselves.
In the VAST Journey app, you will become the hero of your own story. Choose from five real-world quests designed to address your specific challenge and set off on your journey!
You will have the following tools to guide you along your journey:
* Home screen: take action using special 'Opportunity Awaits' cards designed to help you stay focused on your goals and make progress through small, but meaningful steps.
* Media: access expert-curated media and activity recommendations (to read, watch, listen to, play, interact with, etc.) that have been chosen specifically to guide you to success.
* Quests: view the Rules for Success you have been given to help you make progress.
* Allies: reach out to people who you trust to support you and help hold you accountable.
* Journal: reflect on your progress and determine what steps to take next.
* Your profile: see how the progress you are making shapes your character traits, skills and more!
VAST Journey will help you make progress every day. Many Opportunities Await!
* Rules for Success: View information about how to make progress, including a set objective, step-by-step instructions, any items you might need, and more.
* Acknowledge the Positive: Reflect in your journal about what will help you stay motivated as you continue working on your challenge.
* Quest Prompt: Respond to a unique journal prompt corresponding to your quest.
* Recognize the Obstacles: Reflect on anything that might be standing in your way so that you can adjust the way you tackle your challenge as needed.
* Reach for Your Power-Ups: Find out what familiar objects, skills, and people may be able to help you overcome the obstacles in your path.
* Connect with Your Allies: Reach out to your allies for encouragement or guidance.
* Make the Best Use of Time: Use a 24-hour chart to keep track of all the different tasks you need to complete each day and how long you intend to spend on each.
* Sort Out Your Priorities: Create a to-do list that you can rearrange as needed.
* Access Media/Activity Recommendations: Receive recommendations of books, videos, songs, podcasts, games, websites, and activities that may help change your perspective on your challenge.
* Invite a New Ally: Consider whether there is anyone else who can support you.
* Notifications to let you know of new media recommendations or other steps our experts have prepared for you to help you along your journey
* Notifications to let you know right away when a friend accepts your invitation to be an “ally” on your journey

Owner and founder, David Alleva MLT, created the Body Lab LLC where he applied his knowledge of medical laboratory science, nutrition, and personal training to discover why some individuals are able to achieve an ideal weight and body composition better and/or faster than others. He furthered his study, specifically in fat metabolism, in order to specialize in helping clients effectively nourish and care for their bodies, improve body composition, and reduce inflammation.
David also mastered the science behind peak aerobic conditioning in elite athletes. David uses the VO2 Max assessment (the gold standard test for peak athletic performance) to measure how efficiently his client’s muscles are at extracting the oxygen their cardiorespiratory system is pumping out. David teaches clients how to obtain their peak physical condition for that competitive advantage.
You can put your weight, bodyfat and ketone manually or we can extract them from Apple Health on your own device by linking your apple health account at setting page.
Throughout David’s 10 years of working with thousands of clients with goals ranging from weight loss, and peak condition, to improving overall health, he stumbled on some irrefutable data regarding the key to including essential fatty oils; no matter what the goal of the client.
