Horizontal Accelerometer vs Druck DPI Usage & Stats

"Horizontal Accelerometer" is a tool that displays horizontal acceleration in real time. (Application) - Measures acceleration, deceleration, and lateral G of automobiles. The acceleration value in the direction felt by the driver is displayed. Color zones and sounds make acceleration values easy to understand even while driving. - Rigidity evaluation of table legs - The horizontal accelerometer allows engineering students to actually measure and feel the acceleration value, which is useful for understanding the equation of motion. (How to use) 1. Fix the iPhone on the object to be measured. No need to fix it horizontally. When measuring the acceleration of a car, fix the iPhone on the dashboard at an angle that makes it easy to see the screen and so as not to shake. When evaluating the rigidity of the table legs, place the iPhone on the table surface, and if the iPhone slips when the table is shaken, fix it with tape. 2. Tap the "Calibration" button, then tap the "Calibrate" button. The display of the horizontal acceleration value starts. In the case of a car, please stop the car on a horizontal road and then calibrate. (Screen display) - The number at the top of the screen is the value of real-time horizontal acceleration. - "Peak hold" is the peak value of horizontal acceleration. Reset after the set time. - ”Max" is the maximum value of horizontal acceleration. Reset with the “Reset Max" button. - Acceleration values can change to red and yellow depending on the threshold. (Calibration dialog) Tap the "Calibration" button to bring up the calibration dialog. - "Calibrate": Executes calibration in the current fixed state. - ”Recall Calibration": Recall the saved calibration. - "Save Calibration": Save the current calibration. - "List of useful apps": Displays a list of useful apps. (Setting dialog) Tap the "Setting" button to bring up the setting dialog. - "List of useful apps": Displays a list of useful apps. - “Setting": A setting window appears. (Setting window) - "Color zone(value(G) or more)": Color zone thresholds, color on/off, and sound on/off can be set. The default thresholds are Red 0.40 and Yellow 0.30. - "Peak hold time(s)": Peak hold time can be set. Default is 10. - "Harshness cut filter": Harshness cut filter on/off can be set. "Harshness" means impact vibration. - "Desensitization(%)": Desensitization rate can be set. Default is 0. (Remarks) - This app works on iPhone and iPad. - Tilting the device tilts the calibrated horizontal plane, so measurement error occurs. - The developer assumes no responsibility for any loss or claims by third parties which may arise from the use of this app.
