It is an accessible, easy-to-use format that informs you about state and federal legislative efforts on your behalf. The Missouri National Guard Association (MONGA) comprises Soldiers and Airmen from across Missouri, Officers and Enlisted, Retirees, Civilians, and their families. MONGA was established in 1947 to provide united representation for all Army and Air National Guard. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for all Guardsmen, retirees, and their families while improving the readiness and capabilities of the Missouri National Guard.
