The application guides the user step by step through all measurements, reminds about their execution, and sends the results to the Comarch e-Care 2.0 telemedicine platform, where they are automatically analyzed by the system and then can be accessed by medical personnel. The history of measurements is also saved in the application, so that, depending on the mode, the patient or caregivers and doctors have access to it. The doctor orders remote monitoring of the patient outside the medical facility, adjusts its course and personalizes the ranges of measurement standards 2.
