Choose a mode - a limited time of 28 days or any period. Step 3. Allow notifications. In this case, you will receive daily inspirational statements about your habit. You can also set up your own reminders that will trigger you to complete the practice. Place reminders to execute your practice daily, or you might miss a few days. Step 4. Remember to mark the habit as completed. We also recommend tracking progress and reflecting in the Diary. Step 5. Commit to a minimum of 21 days - and your new habit is ready! Reward yourself.
