The GELITA Step Challenge will be held during November 1-3, 2022, in Las Vegas NV. The Challenge encourages event attendees to engage in healthy activities and some friendly competition.
Anyone can track their steps using their smartphone by pairing with Apple Health or step data from Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch, or custom-branded Heka Health trackers

Enjoy some healthy fun with your peers by joining the STS Wellness Challenge at the 60th Annual Meeting of The Society of Thoracic Surgeons in San Antonio, TX. The Challenge begins on Saturday, January 27, at 12:01 a.m. CT and ends on Monday, January 29, at 11:59 p.m. CT. Activities detailed below and completed in this time frame will be eligible. Challenge activities include tracking daily step totals, staying hydrated, attending a wellness-themed session, reviewing wellness resources on the STS website, and more.
