As seen in The New York Times, Abridge helps clinicians blaze through their clinical notes. Abridge summarizes medical conversations and creates draft clinical notes. Note: This app is specifically designed for clinicians to record medical conversations with their patients. If you are a patient, please download “Abridge for Patients.” When clinicians see patients, they not only have to provide care, but also take detailed notes written for three audiences: other clinicians, payers, and patients. The time and cognitive burden required to write these notes distracts from their core task: helping patients stay on top of their health. That’s where Abridge comes in—to unburden clinicians from clerical work so they can focus on their patients. Built for clinicians by clinicians, Abridge efficiently generates documentation by summarizing and structuring recorded medical conversations in real-time. Simply use Abridge to record a patient conversation. Abridge processes natural conversation, so talk to your patient like you normally would – there’s no need for wake words or dictation. When the visit is over, head over to the Abridge web editor to review and finalize your note. Note: you’ll use this app to record medical conversations with patients. After you finish a conversation, you’ll be directed to our web UI to review and complete draft documentation. Join our waitlist here: abridge.com/contact SAVE TIME ON DOCUMENTATION Leave “chicken scratch” behind. Abridge captures the details and automatically summarizes the key points of your conversation in real-time. Clinicians who use Abridge save 2 hours per day on average. REMEMBER THE DETAILS Regardless of whether you’re finalizing your note immediately after the visit or a few days after, Abridge helps you remember the details of your patient’s visit. From an interactive transcript of the conversation to an overview of what’s “Noteworthy,” Abridge helps you quickly recall the facts. Simply review our smart suggestions and finalize your note. FOCUS ON YOUR PATIENTS With Abridge in the loop, you can focus on your patients during the visit instead of the computer screen. POWERED BY EXPLAINABLE AI Because medical conversations are high-stakes, customer trust is essential. Founded on Carnegie Mellon University roots and powered by explainable AI, Abridge maps AI-generated summaries to ground truth, helping providers quickly trust and verify recommendations. Building proprietary models in-house and leveraging comprehensive data resources safeguards clinicians & patients by allowing Abridge to focus on causality, fairness, and transparency. SECURE AND TRUSTED Our enterprise-grade technology is 100% HIPAA-compliant with multiple layers of security and controls. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. ABRIDGE IS LOVED BY PHYSICIANS “I can't tell you how much this program has changed my life! The lack of mental exertion to remember patients is at a 30 year low. I can concentrate on the patient. I can enjoy the charting. I'm a better listener with patients. Overall, my happiness has increased!” Dr. Hugh Sims, ENT Specialist “WOW…This is as big a deal as the stethoscope.” Dr. Gregory Ator, Head and Neck Surgeon and CMIO at The University of Kansas Health System TERMS By downloading Abridge, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use.
