HOW IT WORKS:
1. Open the App: Open the parknav Parking app and select "Find parking near the destination." Enter your destination in the top search bar.
2. Real-Time Updates: The app will navigate you to the nearest available on-street parking spot within your desired destination (via a color street grid).
● COLOR KEY:
○ Green: High chance of real-time available street parking
○ Yellow: Fair chance of finding available street parking
○ Red: Little to no chance of available parking
○ Gray: Parking not allowed
3. Seamless Navigation: Tap a green street on the heatmap, and Parknav will guide you directly there.
4. Find Parking Near Me: Use the "Find Parking Near Me" feature to get directions to the nearest available parking from your current location.

Parking Heaven's great value is that it connects drivers who are in need of a parking space with a driver leaving a parking space. Americans are spending almost $73 billion dollars a year due to the difficulty of find a parking spot. (INRIX, 2017) Nobody is doing anything about this issue at the moment. Drivers spend hours circling around looking for parking spot, wasting lots of gas, and unfortunately picking up a lot of parking tickets along the way. Parking Heaven saves drivers time and money in their search for parking spaces. 77% of drivers own a smart phone; around 207 million people. (Schmitt, 2017) Around 100 millions of those drivers are in major cities like NYC, San Francisco, LA, Chicago, etc. and struggle to find a parking space every day. Drivers on average spend 17 hours a year searching for parking. (INRIX, 2017) When you download and create an account on Parking Heaven you will start off with tokens these tokens allows you to search for a parking space. When you get a parking space through the app, you will use up that token and in order for you to gain another token you will have to give up a parking space. This is the incentive drivers will have to offer their parking space when they are leaving one. In order to gain tokens, you must give up parking spaces, you cannot simply buy tokens with actual money.
