MetPro34 is freely downloadable as a great go-to metronome with tons of possible time signatures, subdivision settings, and beat customizations. It also includes an alarm button for getting attention during ensemble rehearsals.
When you're ready for the best programmable metronome on the market, create an account and sign in. You can create an organization as a place for storing all programs that belong to members of that organization. This organization can be just for your own use ("Personal"), or for an entire ensemble to also join ("Blue Devils Marching Band"). This allows users who are a part of multiple groups to have all their programming organized by group in the one app!
You can program as many sequences as you need for an entire year. This means warm-ups, chop outs, recital pieces, marching band arrangements, chamber music.. anything you need to program, you can!
Rehearsing with MetPro34 is also easier than ever. All you do is select the sequence you want to rehearse, set the start and stop points by measure number or rehearsal marking, and hit start! You can also add a count-in, toggle playing subdivisions/non-accents, and looping the entire chunk (count-in included!) for getting reps on reps.
