German Word Wizard is a unique app that lets kids hear the sounds of german letters and words using a talking movable alphabet. Featuring advanced text to speech capabilities, the app can pronounce and spell-check an unlimited number of original german words.
German Word Wizard also provides spelling practice with a list of more than 1,900 questions and answers, and the best is that you can add your own words to create any spelling quiz.
Note that this is an immersive german app - no translation is provided except for menus.

FlashWords AAC is an app for the Early Reading method which is successfully applied in the education of children with Down Syndrome or a delayed development that also affects speech development.
FlashWords AAC is available in 2 versions:
* FlashWords AAC Pro allows to learn an unlimited number of words.
* FlashWords AAC allows only the first 6 words to be learned. An In-App purchase is required to learn an unlimited number of words.
FlashWords AAC is based on the concept described in the series Small Steps, Early Reading. This Early Intervention Program was developed by the Special Education Center, at the Macquarie University in Sydney. Under their point of view reading is only a positive side effect.
The app contains the basic exercise Learn Words for acquiring new words and five games for consolidating the words.
Thousands of speech recordings are provided within the program, but you can also record your own words.
The acquired words are collected in a list, which documents the progress made.
In order to let multiple players use the app, FlashWords AAC offers a user manager. Individual word lists and settings can be saved and resumed quickly.
