YOU HAVE TO TAKE A DAILY WALK TO AVOID THE REMINDER MESSAGES AND THE IRRITATING RED NUMBER ON THE APP ICON. By default the initial goal for You is to walk 1 km per day. (NOTE: Unit in either US miles or km is configurable) If You fulfill this goal, You earn a Gold Star. If You walk 2 km, You earn a second Gold Star and You are one day ahead of schedule and You can skip the next days walk. Transportations above a certain speed is not allowed, so it is not possible to record a car trip to earn the Gold Star.
