User Experience – • Provide a consistent user experience across mobile devices (smartphone and tablet), as well as uniformity with an app that is designed to match the online banking experience. • Offer consistent workflows across all transaction types that span multiple devices. • Search for ATMs and branch location information both before and after login with turn-by-turn direction. • Offer to remember the user name, as well as provide a password reset workflow • Provide the ability to pay bills. • Submit commercial transactions, such as ACH single payments/receipts and domestic wires, utilizing existing templates.
