Styrkeprogrammet vs 16WEEKSOFHELL Usage & Stats
The Styrkeprogrammet app contains over 700 exercises with videos and detailed descriptions sorted by muscle group and exercise type. The app is for those who want variety and inspiration for exercises that develops their strength training, and if you're already using styrkeprogrammet.se the app is a perfect complement. With the app, you can also plan and log your workouts if you want an easy way to keep a training diary.
All descriptions and texts are in currently in Swedish only.
You can choose to download all the videos onto your device to watch them when you are without Internet or you can stream the videos over the Internet.
It is also possible to create custom workouts based on all the exercises available if you are a member at styrkeprogrammet.se. You can also write your own little comments for each exercise. Both the workouts and the comments are synced with the website. A membership at styrkeprogrammet.se is completely free.
In addition to this, there are predefined training programs to start from if you want a little help with your workouts.
Finally, to complement the exercises and workouts, there is also a training guide with articles on health, nutrition and exercise.

Joining 16WOH is an excellent way to change your physical shape, and on many occasions, even your mental health.
The program is based on the lifelong experiences of Tony Andersson (Founder and CEO), in particular the way his diet and workout regimen has developed since 2011. Mr. Andersson's knowledge combined with some of his personal attributes, like his distinct honesty and straightforwardness, created the principles of 16WOH.
During these 16 weeks, our coaches will determine the participants workout in a very detailed manner. Exercises, sets and repetitions are all carefully planned and managed by our coaching staff.
The diet is paramount to ensure great results during the program. We demand our participants to have an attitude that is nothing short of ALL IN! By letting us decide your meal plan and the amount of macronutrients in every meal, all there is left to do for the participant is to shop groceries, cook and eat.
16WOH is a simple program to approach. There is no lack of information or room for any misconceptions. By following our methods, the changes in the participants daily life will be immediate, distinct and sustainable.
Through the duration of the program every participant will gain access to video clips that display and instruct the execution of every single exercise. Furthermore, the diet plan is thoroughly clarified with recipes and time for every meal. Our seven coaches are available every day of the week, for as much guidance and help as the participant may need. Most of the daily communication will be done via our app.

Even though 16WOH is considered a tough and sometimes exhausting challenge, it is possible for everyone to complete the program. With a resilient mindset, honesty and the inclination to make a change in your daily habits, the task at hand is not impossible.
With second thoughts and reluctance comes only failure. Consequently, we recommend every individual with that kind of emotions to search for another program and workout scheme. 16 Weeks Of Hell is all about inspiration, motivation and guidance, but we will never try to persuade any individuals to join us.
