Distance Measure vs Route Tracking Tape Measure Usage & Stats

This is a map based distance and area meter application with route tracking option. Enable location to track & measure your route or backyards. When you press the main button, it starts tracking & measuring as you walk or move the map. Keep pressing or turn on automatic route recording to add more distance measurements or route edge points. Members can record the route and measurements, export as GPX, comma separated values (CSV) or as a PDF file. Use this app to open all GPX files, and previously exported CSV ones. Terms of Use Users who download this app and start using without any payment or subscription, are Free User. Free Users have minimal access to the app features, but the basic functions (the purpose of this app) will still work for them: they can fulfil one measurement. Users who subscribe are called Members. Subscription may be free or paid, and it can be auto-renewal. Members have the right to use all and unlimited features of this app. Members can use this app offline for a limited period only: their subscription will be checked regularly. If one of these check fail, Premium Features aren't accessible until the next successful check. This has to be made manually after a failed subscription check. As a mobile application, there can be technical issues. Free Users have no right to complain about these, even if they are blocked to use the basic functions. However, if a member is blocked for more than 10% of the period they're subscribed for, they have the right for one more subscription period with the same length. To get this compensation, the Member has to request it by contacting us describing the issue reproduction steps, as well as screen shots. There are no more possibilities for compensation, and there's no money return. We, the developer and the publisher of this app are not responsible of any damages or injuries while using this app. We can’t guarantee that this app will work in the future. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at anytime. If Free Users disagree with these modifications, they have to stop using and remove this app. If Premium Users don't agree with a future modification, they mustn't renew their subscription and at the end of the subscription period they also have to delete this app. However, until the end of their subscription period, the old terms apply.
