Falling Fruit vs Lucky Sweater - Swap Clothing Usage & Stats

Falling Fruit is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Boulder, Colorado, USA. All proceeds from sales of our mobile app help pay to keep our servers and website online. Purchasing the app is itself a tax deductible donation, and we greatly appreciate your support in keeping Falling Fruit online! Our global map of edible plants is not the first of its kind, but it aspires to be the world's most comprehensive. While our users contribute locations of their own, we comb the internet for pre-existing knowledge, seeking to unite the efforts of foragers, foresters, and freegans everywhere. Imported datasets range from small neighborhood foraging maps to vast professionally-compiled tree inventories. So far, this amounts to over 1,200 different edible types (most, but not all, plant species) distributed over nearly one million locations. Beyond the cultivated and commonplace to long-forgotten native plants and the exotic flavors of foreign plants, foraging in your neighborhood is a journey through time and across cultures. Falling Fruit is not associated with Fallen Fruit. Fallen Fruit can be found at fallenfruit.org.

Welcome to the community clothing swap in your pocket! We have 4 trading communities—vintage, slow fashion, outdoor gear, and handmade. Join one or all communities today! ~WHAT YOU CAN DO ON LUCKY SWEATER:~ ACCESS THOUSANDS OF SLOW FASHION, VINTAGE, OUTDOOR GEAR, AND HANDMADE PIECES (+ SUPPLIES FOR YOUR PROJECTS!) & TRADE FOR YOUR NEXT FAVORITE THING How it works: 1. List the items you’re in search of (ISO) and the items you want to trade. 2. Check out the 1,000s of items from the community. A new batch of items launches every Tuesday in the swap drop. 3. Save the items you love and match with someone who loves your items back. 4. Request trades and enjoy! Easily relist traded items and supplies too to continue the stories and memories behind each item. The more we wear and share our items, the more special they become! ~WHAT IS SLOW FASHION?~ Slow fashion advocates for quality garments that will last longer, and values fair treatment of people, animals, and the planet along the way. See the full brand list at www.luckysweater.com/brand-list ~WHAT CAN I TRADE IN THE HANDMADE SPACE?~ In the Me Made community, you can trade handmade clothing, accessories, and shoes, as well as fabrics, patterns, notions, and tools used to create them. ~WHAT CAN I TRADE IN THE OUTDOOR SPACE?~ This community swaps specialized attire and gear for nature's adventures. ~WHAT CAN I TRADE IN THE VINTAGE SPACE?~ This community celebrates and trades vintage adult clothing, shoes, and accessories from at least 20 years past. LEARN AND GET INSPIRATION WITH THE COMMUNITY ANY DAY Each community has its own discussion and inspiration spaces. New to slow fashion and want brand advice? Have a question about the fit of a rain jacket you’re eyeing? Want to get inspired by how people style their items? Want to learn a new knitting technique? Head to the community space to learn and hang out with your communities. ~WHAT THE LUCKY SWEATER COMMUNITY IS SAYING~ “Lucky Sweater makes clothing swap magic happen.
