FMA Trainer B737 is an app that will help you understand and improve your knowledge of the Flight Mode Annunciations on the MCP and PFD onboard the Boeing 737NG or MAX. Many (new) pilots are having a hard time completely understanding the system, especially the relations between flight phase, MCP and the FMAs on the PFD. This app will help you understand and work this complicated system. The app starts off with a tutorial with guidance on how to use the autopilot and an explanation of the MCP and FMAs, their respective meanings and relations by showing many (>30) explanatory videos and accompanying texts, ordered chronologically by flight phase from taxi out to landing. Thereafter the real work starts with exercises and questionnaires, developed by experienced instructors. Rest assured that, when you have completed the app, you will have a thorough understanding of the FMAs and their relations with systems onboard the B737NG/MAX!
