Salsa: Pomodoro Timer vs Pomodoro: habit building Usage & Stats
Whether you are studying or working or doing chores, you can finish any task without distractions. Following the pomodoro method you can divide tasks appropriately, keeping motivation and focus to maximum.
With Salsa you can set different combinations of timers, decide if you want long breaks and choose the number of sets you are aiming to complete.
We propose the following combinations:
- interval of 25 minutes, short break of 5, long breaks of 15 every 4 intervals, aiming for 12-16 daily intervals for easy tasks. (Pomodoro)
- interval of 52 minutes, short break of 17 without long breaks for 8-12 daily intervals for hard tasks. (52/17 rule)
- interval of 45 minutes, short break of 15 without long breaks for 7-9 daily intervals. (Tocks)
