Experience the magic of rasas (feelings), evoking your deepest emotions and igniting a sense of profound connection. Yogaraga's music is finely tuned, acoustic, and analog, providing a natural and immersive experience. It instantly elevates your surroundings to a haven of serenity with the essence of sattva - goodness, purity, and tranquility. Uncover the perfect synergy of music and meditation as you follow your bliss on a path to inner harmony and self-discovery. Yogaraga's main features are traditional soundscapes called Ragas, which are time-proven since their existence spans through millennia. The app gives you 24 different Ragas that are always playing at the right time. Yogaraga music sessions are suitable for anyone who wants to create airy, free-flowing, and meditative musical backdrops at any place: yoga studios, spa studios, saloons, resorts, etc. Raga's greatest power is fully displayed as a meditational aid when you're using headphones or a good sound system. Yoga teachers can easily create timed yoga or breathing sessions. All of the Ragas in the app are tuned relative to the frequency of 432 Hz. The app will support you with working “adjust your chakras” tunes, and help you remain in harmony all day round, whenever you want it. You can select between 4 essential Raga instruments – Bansuri (flute), Sitar, Santoor, and Esraj. They each play a suitable Raga, you only need to find out which instrument you resonate with the most at that moment. Once you find it, you fine-tune the feel of the Raga yourself by selecting one of the 6 accompanying instruments (Sonics). By changing the Sonic sound, Raga finds a totally new vibe – it resonates very differently. Your choice would depend on your current mood, and on your goal – how deep, or where would you like to go. Timer Sound will notify you with the selected interval sound, or they will play along with the Raga. Some like to use these sounds as a part of their Yogaraga music session (as an additional instrument). The app gives you 5 timers to support all your needs: practice interval, practice time (duration), and meditation time. Wake-up Alarm and Shut-off Timer will gently fade in and fade out for 5 minutes. The Wake-up Alarm with early morning or morning Ragas is “the coolest alarm ever”. The shut-off timer will slowly stop the app long after you are already asleep. Yogaraga creators dedicated a whole menu to information on the Moon phase, and important astrological events, such as Lunar or Solar eclipses, equinoxes, solstices, the eleventh day of the Moon, etc. Hand-picked, sharable quotes, two each day, will make you curious, and you'll probably learn something new. If you believe in synchronicity, this feature might be just the right thing. When sharing the quote on your socials, you can select one of the twelve backgrounds. If we reflect on our emotions, we can notice some kind of tone or vibration. Music is an attempt to infuse that vibration with emotive presence, and thereby separate the conflicting tones of ordinary experience from the harmonious balance of emotions. This emotive presence is called rasa. Rasa is the essential flavor of vocal music, instrumental music, and dramatic art. Rasa arises when the limits of conceptualization are freed. Somehow we become more “moist”, our creative juices begin to flow and we lose our grip on what to accept and what to reject. We hope you like the app as much as we do, and that you’ll find it useful in your day-to-day practices and activities. If you have any suggestions, kindly let us know. Raga Chikitsa was an ancient manuscript, which deal with the therapeutic effects of raga. Raga, we all know is the sequence of selected notes (swaras) that lend appropriate ‘mood’ or emotion in a selective combination. Depending on their nature, a raga could induce or intensify joy or sorrow, violence or peace and it is this quality which forms the basis for musical application. Thus, a whole range of emotions and their nuances could be captured and communicated within certain rhythms and melodies. Playing, performing and even listening to appropriate ragas can work as a medicine.(Bagchi, 2003) Various ragas have since been recognized to have definite impact on certain ailments. (Sairam, 2004) Ragas of the Indian classical music (Shastric Music) are created according to the deep knowledge of harmonious consonance between the seven swaras and chakras. This is why shastric musical compositions are found to have significant positive effect on the mind-body system and also have the potential to awaken the otherwise dormant faculties. Mobinet Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Is a company who is taking innitiative to spread Raga Therapy all over the world by Mobile applications, concerts, website, and also working with different organisations related to rehablitation centers and mental hospitals.
