This app will help you with weight loss, healthy lifestyle without a diet, nutrition, emotions, emotional eating, losing weight, mindfulness, exercise, binge eating and mindful eating. Whole Health Charities is a feature of this app that lets you choose a charity that the developer will contribute to. It is only available in the Platinum (paid) edition. The rules are easy. Earn 1,000 or more points in the previous 30 days. Go to the “Charities” page and select a charity. Developer (not you) will donate $1 each time your points total was 1,000 or more. Only one donation per person in any 30 day period. Whole Health Mindful Behavior is free for an initial trial week. If you want to get even more out of it, and support development, you can upgrade to Platinum Edition. Whole Health Mindful Behavior, Platinum Edition is an auto-renewing annual subscription for $14.99/year. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
