The Sense Pro app enables professional electricians to verify and troubleshoot the installation of a Sense Home Energy Monitor. Using the Sense Pro app, installers of Sense receive guided installation instructions and feedback during the installation process to ensure proper installation.
The Sense Pro app allows the installer to:
-Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in real time.
-Install a Sense monitor without requiring the homeowner to be available.
-Automatically associate an installed monitor to their monitor fleet.
-Verify installation details including: solar setup, Wi-Fi connectivity, sensor voltage, and proper wiring.
