Our Yoga Foundations classes are designed to meet beginners just where they are and teach the fundamentals of a yoga practice. Students who desire more invigoration will benefit from Beach Vibe Vinyasa, which is practiced in a slightly warmed room with intermediate to advanced asana options. Restorative, Yin and Yoga Nidra will support a calming experience, promoting ease within your nervous system. Is strength your focus? Barre, Core Concentration and Pilates allow for mindful strength and powerful intensity. Additionally, the Reset & Recover classes are specifically tailored to be highly trauma-sensitive for populations seeking a trauma-informed yoga practice.
