My coach allows you to customize and play personalized workout videos:
- Choose strength training, cardio, yoga or stretching.
- Set any time from 20 to 300 seconds.
- Follow the instructions of the video coach to know exactly what to do!
If you already have a coach, do not dismiss him! Just ask him to create a custom workout for you, which you will perform between training sessions.
