Hi Timer allows you to create your own interval workouts with ease. Get going with popular HIIT workouts like Tabata using our quick-start templates. When you need more control over your workout, choose advanced templates like Circuit and Combination. With a convenient drag and drop interface for ordering custom sequences of intervals and sub-timers, Hi Timer allows you to quickly create any routine.
Take advantage of advanced options for intervals, including a choice of sounds, text-to-speech, and music. With voice announcements configured, any name assigned to your interval can be read out to you while you exercise - there's no need to keep your eyes on the screen. Hi Timer has been carefully configured to continue playing when the app is in the background.

This app contains optional in-app purchases that grant full access to unlimited timers and workouts. You may be offered a free trial for the Premium subscription. After the free trial period, if offered, the subscription automatically renews with the price and duration given above unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Removing the app doesn’t automatically cancel the subscription.

ProtoFit: Workout & HIIT timer is the tool you need for time-based workouts. With its custom exercise parameters, ProtoFit is the most versatile workout timer suitable for any workout type, including tabata, HIIT, interval training or any other workout you can think of. And it can also help you track your workouts and activity to make sure you stick to your workout plan.
Create custom workouts by fine-tuning the duration of each exercise and rest time between sets and exercises, hit Start, and let the ProtoFit timer do its work. Using sound and visual guidance, it will automatically move from exercise to rest period and then to the next exercise, so you do not have to set a separate timer for each exercise manually. You can also save and edit your custom workouts in the app to avoid the hassle of creating them every time you want to exercise. Your saved workouts can then be shared with your training friends and imported to and saved in the app. After you finish a workout, it is automatically saved to the app’s Tracker where you can track your daily, weekly and monthly physical activity.
ProtoFit also helps you build habits. You can schedule your saved workouts and receive reminders about them, so you never miss a workout.
