Pre-tipping feature You now have the option to pre-tip drivers when requesting a taxi. Which is great for when you really have to get somewhere, as it increases your chances of a driver accepting your ride. Driver owned & operated There’s no fat cats here. Taxiapp is run by drivers for drivers, with all the fare going into your cabbie's pocket. They also enjoy a profit share too. Booking fee Unlike other apps, our drivers get 100% of the fare on the meter. To enable us to do this, we do however charge our passengers a booking fee of £3.00 (inc vat).
