Build for athletes who are looking to plan their training in a periodized manner and see a snapshot of their daily training days as well as how they progress throughout their overall meso and macrocycles. They want to compare personal performance data and track their progression to optimize performance as well as be able to send it in a clear manner to their trainer/coach if needed.
