Vibration Diagnostic Service vs Horizontal Shaft Alignment Usage & Stats
HVAC and other rotating equipment often emit vibratory forces that can often be used to diagnose machinery health. This information can be used to create a maintenance plan to avoid premature failure and downtime. The WVS-1000 data acquisition device (DAQ) connects wirelessly to smart devices with Apple® iOS® 10.3 operating system and above. Using the Johnson Controls® Vibration Diagnostics Service mobile app, the user can collect vibration data that uses a tri-axial vibration sensor and expedites the data collection process. The data is then uploaded from the smart device to the cloud. The data is analyzed by certified vibration analysts and a customer report is generated and sent via email.

This is a companion app for performing horizontal shaft alignment, using the RT 300/AT 200/AT 100, on typical applications such as a motor and a pump. The app guides the user throughout the complete measurement and alignment process when using the Bluetooth® connected ACOEM sensors. This offers an extensive shaft alignment package, including the Feetlock function that is useful in base/bolt-bound machine situations. The PDF Report function provides a fast on-site reporting capability by converting saved measurement reports into PDF files. Thanks to the ACOEM cloud instant reporting and instant sharing is easy.
