How it works: Download the GRTC On the Go app. Book a ride on your phone. Get picked up at your door or designated pickup point. The app will tell you when your vehicle is on its way. Share your ride with others to your destination. What we’re about: CONNECTED LINK Microtransit connects you to your community in designated zones and to GRTC fixed routes (where available). CARE paratransit provides public transportation access to individuals with disabilities who may not be reasonably able to use GRTC fixed route bus service.
