UNIQUE PORTAL
Signup and get a unique username that users will use to login to your portal.
GROUP & MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT
Easily create and manage groups. Assign members and group admins. Receive and review applications for group membership.
EVENT ROSTER & TASK SCHEDULING
Group admins can plan activities and assign volunteers for upcoming events. Members can be grouped into teams for easy messaging and planing. Members can opt out of shifts or volunteer to new shifts. Event roster can be exported and shared outside the app.
EVENT & SHIFT REMINDERS
Members get notified automatically about upcoming events and shifts to which they are assigned. Reminders are sent via push notifications and emails.
BIRTHDAYS & ANNIVERSARIES
Group members get notified about birthdays and wedding anniversaries of other members.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Create announcements visible only to group members. Easily pin important announcements.
RESOURCE SHARING
Members can easily create downloads to share resources with other members.
INTERNAL MESSAGING SYSTEM
All users can send messages internally. The system has a local inbox and sent messages folder. Attachments are supported.
GROUP FORUMS
Each group has a forum and group members can create multiple topics.
GROUP GALLERY
Create an image gallery for each group highlighting past events, members etc.

Through this check in kiosk, volunteer coordinators can view who is currently checked in onsite and who has checked out earlier. When a volunteer checks out, their hours are automatically logged to the web, where coordinators have access to run reports.
