The Service Mobile App is an app used by the field operators who wants to quickly access the vehicle location, to manage the vehicle electronics, to troubleshoot the vehicle in case of anomalies and to define the task list for the operator.
The app streamlines field activities by allowing the operator to simplify remote troubleshooting and reduce rework activities. It enables maintenance technicians to access diagnostic sections and monitor the status of vehicles in real time.

L' app "Bari aiuta" è ripartita in 7 sezioni: Informazione ed orientamento, minori, disabili, adulti in difficolta, immigrati, anziani, altri servizi. In ogni sezione sono presenti delle schede-servizio che forniscono ai cittadini tutte le info esplicative del servizio, le modalità di accesso e la documentazione da produrre. In maniera interattiva e possibile chiamare I'ufficio che eroga il servizio per avere ulteriori info o un appuntamento cosi come sono presenti mappe che aiutano a raggiungere I'ufficio mediante geo-localizzazione.
