Take Charge Driver Mobile has two emergency roadside EV services we offer.
1. Emergency Roadside EV Charging: Download the Take Charge Mobile app and select a subscription level.
2. Enter your vehicle information.
3. Enter your credit card information.
4. In the event of a roadside charging emergency, hit the SOS button to be contacted by a service technician.
5. Our technician will come to your location (inside of our coverage area) and charge your vehicle based on the subscription level you have chosen.
6. Emergency Roadside Spare Tire Loaner Service: This is an additional monthly charge for Lyte and Pro subscribers. It is included for Elite subscribers. The vehicle you need support for (Currently Tesla, Lucid and Ford Mach E).
7. Hit the SOS button and select Spare Tire Support.
8. Our technician will come to your location, remove your flat tire and place it in your trunk. We will install our loaner spare wheel/tire to your vehicle.
9. A $300 hold will be placed on your account payment method.
10. You have 72 hours to get your tire repaired or replaced and notify Take Charge Mobile that our spare wheel/tire is ready to be picked up (must be inside our coverage area).
11. Once we retrieve our spare wheel/tire in good shape, we will release the hold on your account.
