URLCast vs SignalSonic Usage & Stats

This app sends lightweight URLs to a Chromecast device, and lets the Chromecast load the webpage for you without the need to have a browser running and casting. A typical usage is to cast menus, dashboards or tournament results to a TV. At app startup, it displays a browser window and a Chromecast button. Enter the URL to the website you want to visit. Click the button to establish a session to your Chromecast device. As you navigate websites, the active page URL is sent to the Chromecast device for display. Once your Chromecast displays the intended webpage, you can exit the app, the session does not expire. As it uses the Chromecast to load and display the webpage, it might not work well for e.g. videos and complex websites. This does not support sessions, for example websites that require credentials. Features: - URL entry form - Back button - Reload button - Cast button - No ads
