5高好共照網App的使用人士，精準定位在只要是有5高症狀之里民或社區住戶，除向各地區里辦公處所或當地社區發展協會報名申請參加《社團法人國際代謝症候群健康促進協會》所舉辦的健康促進公益活動即可（詳國際代謝協會公告）外,或向各地區服務據點參加健康檢查活動，都可免費註冊登入使用「5高好共照網App」，在這裡有最專業的營養師、健康管理師等的親切指導，還有病友們之間的病況改善經驗分享外，另有最先進的AI智能分析提供5高糖尿病友本人全部的健康改善歷程分析圖表等服務，共照網的線上線下服務團隊就是您最好的健康導師，提供專家的最佳營養與健康促進的解決方案。
