The overall aim of this Centre for Military Ethics (CME) app is to support teaching and capacity building in this area across the world. This material is designed to raise the level of understanding of military ethics by military practitioners in order to maximise compliance with International Humanitarian Law and internationally agreed standards of professional military behaviour. The material will also help military practitioners prepare themselves for the moral and ethical challenges posed both in conflict and in peacetime, supporting their psychological resilience in terms of mental health outcomes. Finally, the app acts as a tool for raising public awareness of the whole area of military ethics.
