The Lectio Divina Journal provides a contemplative prayer practice for the everyday human experience. The long and lived history of Lectio Divina offers four movements (lectio - reading of, meditatio - reflecting on, oratio - responding to, contemplatio - resting in) inviting the participant(s) from simply attaining information about God toward communion and union with God that is formational and transformative. The journal provides a daily (Monday - Friday) Lectio Divina invitation, a Saturday Examen Prayer practice, and a Sunday Journaling option.
