Defect Inspector vs Onsite Eye Usage & Stats
Get your time back! The Defect Inspector app is used to electronically capture Construction and Building Defect reports and submit them to the Defect Inspector cloud-based Defect and Repair Management System.
Those defects can then be assigned to sub-contractors and trades-people who repair those defects, and enable them to electronically prove that their repairs have been properly completed, and are up to the required standard.
Paperless, cloud-based, centralised and almost completely automated, it will save you from hours of generating, printing and emailing defect documentation, missing photos, unnecessary travel, and manual defect/repair auditing.

Onsite Eye allows personnel and visitors to interact with projects and their owners while onsite. The solution supports the recording of onsite events, completion of specific activities, providing progress updates, and the capture of project photos.
Projects and sites are pre-prepared by the project owner and synchronised to the app for the recording of activity.
Activity captured by Onsite Eye is automatically synchronised to the cloud where they can be reviewed by the project owner.
