Enjoy full workouts with Coach Tara, a training plan customizable for multiple trainee levels (novice to advanced) with both at-home and gym workouts, in-depth exercise tutorials and quick exercise tutorials, nutrition education, quick recipe videos, and Tara's "mindset journeys," which are walking meditations in beautiful nature locations all over the world, in which Tara will take you through a meditation while you walk with her.
To access all features and content you can subscribe to Coach Tara on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.
* All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.

- Gym program includes 5 strength workouts and 3 follow along hiit cardio workouts
- 2-3 minute videos for each exercise to show you how to perform the movement properly
- Modifications for each exercise to accommodate for every skill level from beginner to advanced
- Enter all of your weights so that you can track your strength gains
- Track your progress with uploading body stats and pictures each month
- Calories/macros provided for you as a guide for how much to eat
- Guidance on all things nutrition including how to change your habits and eat according to your body type
- Connect to MyFitnessPal and wearable devices like Apple Watch and Fitbit
- Monthly group zoom calls with me covering numerous topics to help you reach your goals
- One on one coaching option available for those that want a more personalized plan
