Australian Bibles vs SharkSmart WA Usage & Stats
A collection of Scripture, songs, devotions and videos for 64 indigenous languages of Australia. These include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander languages as well as AUSLAN - Australian Sign Language. The collection includes almost all published indigenous Scripture from the early 1800s until now. Scripture audio from Bible Society Australia, Wycliffe Bible Translators and Global Recordings Network Australia has been included, and where possible has been synchronized to the text.
The 64 Languages are Adnyamathanha, Alawa, Alyawarr, Anindilyakwa, Anindilyakwa English, Anmatyerr, Western Arrarnta, Eastern Arrernte, Australian sign language (AUSLAN), Awabakal, Barkly English, Burarra, Dhuwa-Dhangu'mi, Dhuwaya, Dieri, Djambarrpuyŋu, Djinang, Aboriginal English, Garrwa, Gugu Yimidhirr, Gumatj, Gupapuyngu, Gurindji, Kalaw Lagaw Ya, Kamilaroi, Kaytetye, Kitja, Kriol, Kukatja, Kuku Yalanji, Kunbarlang, Kuninjku, Kunjen, Kunwinjku, Kuuk Thayorre, Larrakia, Liyagawumirr, Luritja, Martu Wangka, Maung, Mayali, Meriam Mer, Murrinhpatha, Nakara, Ndjébbana, Ngaanyatjarra, Ngarrindjeri, Nyangumarta, Nyangumarta English, Nyoongar, Pitjantjatjara, Rembarrŋa, Tiwi, Tjuunytjuunytjarra Wangka, Walmajarri, Wangkatja, Wangurri, Warlpiri, Wik Mungkan, Wororra, Wubuy, Yanyuwa, Yindjibarndi, and Yumplatok (Torres Strait Creole).

SharkSmart WA is Western Australia’s official source of shark activity information. It also includes beach safety features such as Surf Life Saving WA patrolled beaches and weather forecast, to help you plan your trip to the beach.
The app will help you switch on your Sea Sense by providing near real-time information of shark activity including current alerts and warnings. Select your favourite coastal locations and use notifications to receive relevant updates as they happen.
SharkSmart WA Features:

Filter and display shark activity and beach safety features including the locations of shark monitoring receivers, beach enclosures, and Beach Emergency Numbers (BEN) signage. Explore and save your favourite coastal locations to stay up to date of recent shark activity.
Updates
Stay informed of shark activity, including current alerts and warnings. Information is prioritised into ‘Nearby’, ‘Your Favourites’ and ‘Other Locations’, giving you the most relevant information first.
Report
Using location services, the app can provide you with information about your current coastal location. Use the details provided and the quick call link to report shark sightings or whale carcasses (which are known to attract sharks) to Water Police as soon as possible.
