iTreatMD Document ML vs MedX Direct Usage & Stats

iTreatMD provides a single universal tool to create a clinical note using evidence based best practices as a guide. Notes may then be automatically sent to any interoperable EMR, hospital, skilled nursing facility or referring clinician. Our point of care app is powerful, easy to use, and is based on years of development, clinical experience and customer care knowledge. iTreatMD's universal tool resides on a cloud-based workflow platform facilitating evidence based documentation at the point of care. Our iPad application allows the clinician to talk, touch or type their selections – accurately and completely documenting each patient encounter. In most cases, the clinician is able to generate a note — all without typing a single word. For practicing clinicians, iTreatMD has proven to increase revenue by up to 30% by shortening documentation time, while providing the right level of patient care. Our solution: 1. Ensures increased billing amounts per visit by enabling clinicians to rapidly generate the documentation that supports extended visit codes, for additional revenue per patient. 2. Increases the number of notes by shortening documentation time. We have clocked shortened entry time by up to 60% versus leading EMRs so you can see more patients while reducing clinician burn-out. 3. Eliminates duplicate data entry - Our interoperable solution gathers data from an EMR, populates that data into documents automatically, and uploads those documents to interoperable EMRs. No need enter data into multiple systems. 4. Claims may be automatically generated and forwarded to clearing houses for submission. Our team of clinicians, computer scientists, workflow optimization, and big data experts also help in-patient facilities, ACOs and hospital systems increase profitability and business efficiency with our application. Because we: • Enable the standardization of care throughout an entire care network. • Help reduce hospital readmissions. • Provide “at-a-glance” patient/facility risk stratification for efficient allocation of staffing resources. • Reduce overtime creep and compliance exposure. • Provide analytics to monitor and demonstrate outcomes helping skill nursing facilities market to hospitals. • Facilitate data integration across multiple EMRs. • Automatically forward billing information, generate claims and clearing house submissions.
