Wemba Wemba vs Maḻpanya mai uwa! Usage & Stats
This app is an introduction to the Wemba Wemba language of north-western Victoria, Australia. The content in this App was developed by Grade 1 students from the Swan Hill Primary School Wemba Wemba class of 2014, in partnership with the Victorian Aboriginal Corporation for Languages and the Victorian Aboriginal Education Association Inc.
With the use of this App, our community is able to learn the language of this country and connect further with our culture to strengthen the revival of the Wemba Wemba language.

Maḻpanya mai uwa! is the updated Pitjantjatjara version of the internationally recognised Feed the Monster early literacy game. Maḻpanya mai uwa! is a fun, offline game that provides children and families with a multi sensory and interactive way to explore the fundamentals of reading in Pitjantjatjara. Children will develop knowledge of Pitjantjatjara letters and sounds, and will use these skills to spell a number of common Pitjantjatjara words. All through the journey, children will watch their maḻpa (friends) grow and mature.
The Feed The Monster artwork is CC-BY licensed artwork and the Feed The Monster source code is an open source BSD 2-clause license. Originally developed by a consortium led by [Apps Factory](http://www.appsfactory.ro/), this version (Maḻpanya mai uwa!) is developed with the assistance of the Australian Literacy and Numeracy Foundation and the Living First Language Platform.
