Here’s why - Pilates is the foundation my body (and yours too!) needs. Pilates is focused on core work - think abs, butt, back and arms. Pilates gives me the strength and flexibility I need to excel in my job, and activities I love to do. It helps me in swimming and when I am wearing my pointe shoes in ballet class (oh yeah, Pilates gave me such a strong foundation I was able to start dancing in pointe shoes for the first time at 33!). I have the best posture I have ever had in my life, leading to more confidence as I walk out my front door to tackle the day. Pilates is a sustainable exercise practice you can do as long as you live. Pilates isn’t a fad exercise or the next new trend. It is a foundation for everything you do. With a strong core you will be able to conquer the world, and not to mention have great looking abs along the way! The Pilates method will change your body for the better!
