WEEKLY - With fresh new full-body workouts added weekly, your training will never be boring. And you never repeat the same workout more than once, unless you want to.
MONTHLY - Throughout each month, you will be challenged with strength training workouts that are structured in such a way to build muscle while increasing cardiovascular endurance. Each week of the month is designated to a unique fitness goal to ensure you have the most complete full-body training possible.
