Provide detailed description of the application and its features. – PharmaACE’s Brand#Buzz app provides tailored Twitter feed for select HCPs for customized set of brands and keywords. This not only helps users to know what’s going on in the minds of the physicians and nurse practitioners as it relates to brand attributes or market access or other themes, but also to address any negative sentiment in a timely manner through relevant interventions. We realize that social media listening is the best method to tap into HCPs’ opinions in an unbiased way. We also realize that pharma home office professionals are way too busy to go through raw social media feeds to find the needle in the haystack. Therefore, we have developed our configurable Brand#Buzz app that filters the big data into relevant small data that our users ought to be aware of in their respective therapy areas/indications. This app was conceptualized by our COO, Rohit Kumar, who is a technology/digital, analytics/consulting, and social listening expert. We continue to strive towards enabling more effective decision-making through consumer-grade user experience, as also demonstrated by our PACE platform for pharma forecasters, which was conceptualized by our co-founders Harjot Singh (President) and Anuj Kumar (Head of Delivery).
