Let's Pause vs BriteSky Usage & Stats
Life is constantly throwing obstacles in our way, and sometimes we feel like we’re the only one jumping over them. The problem with that, or rather the solution, is we’re actually not alone. There are nearly eight billion people in the world, which means the chances are high that someone has experienced or is experiencing the same thing, at the same time, as you.
I’ve worked with my team to create an app that is intended to create a sense of community, a sense of togetherness and a platform for relatability. It’s called Let’s Pause. With Let’s Pause, you can share or view videos and stories about all things related to mental wellness. Whether that be stress, anxiety, addiction, motivation, exercise, routine, the list goes on. You know those little habits you’ve developed that help you get through your day-to-day? Well, with Let’s Pause you can share those with others, and it might help them more than you think. You could be an inspiration today, whether you know it or not, and you can help others by sharing your daily experiences. If you’re not ready to inspire or have yet to find a way to cope with a specific issue, then just maybe you’ll be inspired or find a solution that works for you.
The motivation to start Let’s Pause was to create something that would unite instead of divide. Emotions don’t discriminate and they impact every single one of us. I wanted to create a platform people could use to help them believe that they can, in fact, overcome anything in their path. This platform is intended to show us that we’re not alone, and to help us overcome challenges by learning how others just like us overcame.

With AI text help, you can rephrase your text for different audiences such as 9th graders or experts, change the tone to make it more humorous or serious, and even enhance the grammar to make it more descriptive. If you make a mistake or need to shorten your text, use the AI text help feature to suggest alternate text or offer solutions to improve your post.
BriteSky also encourages users to create meaningful content and not seek validation through likes. Instead of likes, BriteSky uses an impact score to rank the positivity of a post. This encourages users to focus on creating meaningful content and connecting with others rather than seeking validation through likes. The impact score is dynamic and will change based on user engagement, so users can see how their posts are impacting others in real-time.
Finally, BriteSky takes user privacy and security seriously. Interests and following are kept private and secured by database security rules, and post logs are stored as irreversible hashes to ensure privacy and prevent abuse of the system.
