“The 20-20-20 rule” is a rule that protects your eyes from tired and vision problems. It means every 20 minutes, focus your eyes on something that is 20 feet away for 20 seconds.However, sometimes it is difficult to remember that you have to take a break.
This app reminds you each time you need a rest. Since this app will be running in background too, you don’t need to keep opening the timer screen and lose battery.
Don’t worry about being bothered by advertisements while you are using the app. We don’t show any ads.
Let’s give your eyes a break and keep your health!
●How to use
It’s very simple.
1. Tap “Timer icon” where is on the bottom center of the screen.
2. Start working.
3. Take a rest when the alarm goes off.
4. If the app is closed, tap notification and start timer.
"Stop", "Restart", and "Skip" are available.
●Setting feature *In-App Purchase required
You can also customize the time intervals from the following list.
Work time: Every 5 minutes between 5 minutes to 60 minutes
Rest time: Every 5 seconds between 5 seconds to 60 minutes
