Regularly: Schedule Planner vs Schedule! Usage & Stats
Scheduling tasks & time management need not be that hard. We believe it should be as intuitive as categorising your day based on activities. Regularly approaches task management with a routine-first approach.
The idea is to mimic what you do in real life to what we call as Routines. You workout every morning, well that's a Workout routine for everyday. You got office work from Mon-Fri, that's your Office Work routine occurring only on weekdays. The key difference in routine-first time management is that you need not plan for what "work" you're going to do, instead you plan for the activity i.e. you are going to work! As you get more clarity on the scope of work, you keep adding tasks to your routine. When it’s time to work, you have the information at your fingertips. No more stressing over to plan things out.
Some benefits of routine-first time management:
• Neat & logical organisation of tasks
• Provides a high level overview of your day
• Prevents obsessive planning
• Better work/life separation
Some ideas for your first routine.
• Focus on health & wellness thrice a week
• Dedicate time for your side hustle on weekdays
• Complete errands on Saturdays
• Family time on Sundays.
Or literally anything that you can think of. Your imagination is the limit!
Here are a few things we think you’re going to love about the app:
• Home - Gives you a glanceable view of how busy you're today and what needs to be done right now. Don't overwork yourself again!
• Schedule - Your recurring routines & tasks automagically show up here when it's time. You can add or skip more routines & tasks for those impromptu requests or events.
• Routines - All your routines in one place. Add, remove or archive routines from here.
• Tasks - All your tasks from across routines under one roof. Add, remove or plan your tasks from here.
There’s more to the app and we're super excited for you to explore it!
