(You can also separate exercise and rest at the time of exercise.) For example, you can set 5 minutes for the first time, 3 minutes for the second time, 2 minutes for the third time, etc. When the set timer finishes, it repeats again. The timer is compatible with iPhone / iPad in portrait and landscape mode, so it can be used in your environment. Features: Up to 8 timers can be set.
